Seattle Permits (SPS) assists with permit related projects ranging from simple residential permits to commercial projects for homeowners, contractors, small businesses and commercial companies.

We cover the greater Seattle area as well as most jurisdictions in the west side of the Puget Sound areas for Pierce, Snohomish and King County cities and Unincorporated areas.

The beginning
John Douglas founded Seattle Permits 2002 as a response to calls for help from subcontractors that worked for the heating company that John managed. His experience with trade permits, understanding of construction and facilitating government contracts lined him up for becoming a consultant and expeditor to many.
Today, over 20 years later, John continues to help commercial & residential companies and homeowners through a personal touch as a wrap-around permit facilitator with empathy, wanting to help as many as he can achieve their goals.
