What We Do:
Seattle Permits (Seattle Permit Services) provides permit expediting, facilitating and consulting services geared toward contractors, designers and homeowners for light commercial and residential building permits and HVAC mechanical permits
Our services include remodels and additions, accessory building permits, DADU and Tiny Home permits, commercial Tenant Improvements, and many other types of projects.
Special Permits: We also assist with street use permits, food truck permits and more.
To assist the permit process, we also provide property research, archive searches, CAD drawings (limited), Site Plans, Mechanical Plans (limited), printing, delivery of walk-in plan and permit application drop offs, permit delivery and posting and more.
Areas Served: West Puget Sound, including Greater Seattle, Tacoma and Everett areas in King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County
